Quite possibly the perfect outfit? We think so! This outfit set features our custom designed Tommyrot "Hearts & Skulls" Short Sleeve Stretch Skater Dress paired with a classic black harness belt. Kinda punk, kinda goth, but whatever you want to label it as, it's definitely an AMAZING look!
A classic skater dress designed by Tommyrot with an empire waist, short sleeves, perfect length, and made from a super comfy good quality stretch material. Featuring a cute heart and skull pattern in red over a black background. This dress is true to size and has plenty of stretch for a fitted yet comfortable look. Depending on your body type, stick with your usual size or size down for a tighter fit up top. Check the measurements below. We just know you are going to absolutely LOVE this dress!
The belt is a classic punk / goth style harness in black. Made from high quality, thick PU leather with adjustments for both the waist and shoulder straps. Excellent craftsmanship and made to last. Measure your underbust to choose your belt size. If you are right at the highest measurement for a size, size up to the next size.

We currently only ship to the United States (now including Alaska and Hawaii!).
Processing times are typically 1-2 days (the time before your order ships and your tracking number is sent to you), although in some rare circumstances this could take 5 business days. If you ordered before 3pm Central time, most often your order will ship the same day! Please check each individual product page for its total shipping time (which includes both processing and transit time). Most all items we sell are stored by us here in Illinois and ready to ship, some we custom make when you order, and occasionally we sell items shipped directly from the manufacturer or wholesaler.

If you purchase multiple items in one order, in some rare circumstances you may receive a different shipment for each item because part of your order is shipping directly from the manufacturer or wholesalers. Therefor, you may be sent multiple emails with different tracking numbers for each item you purchased. That being said, most everything in our store is in stock here in our shop in Illinois and will ship directly from us in one package. If 5 business have passed and you have not received a tracking number yet, please email us at info@tommyrot.shop and we can investigate the cause of the delay.

RETURNS
You may return any item to us NOTΒ marked "NO RETURNS" on the product page withinΒ 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund at no cost to you!
Items must be in new condition (unworn, not washed, no stains, no odors, tags still in place, etc).
Please email us atΒ info@tommyrot.shopΒ with your return request and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to you.
EXCHANGES
Please email us atΒ info@tommyrot.shopΒ with your exchange request and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item back to us. Once we receive your item for exchange and inspect it for any damages or wear, we will send your new size / color out to you! You may either get the same item in different color / size or we can give you a store credit for what you paid. Either is fine, your choice!

We ship our orders as quickly as possible. You may reach out to us at info@tommyrot.shop with your request to cancel, but if it is not within a short amount of time from ordering we may have already shipped your order. But fear not, we offer free returns for any reason, so if your order has already shipped you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund after you receive them. I love the pattern and design of this dress! The fabric is comfortable and the length is flattering. I will pair this with knee boots or a maryjane shoe.
