Refund policy
NOTE THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON 50% OFF CLEARANCE ITEMS, HATS, TIGHTS, OR HAIR ACCESSORIES. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE READ THE LISTING CAREFULLY TO MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CORRECT SIZE!
Returns
You may return any item to us NOT marked "NO RETURNS" on the product page within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund at no cost (unless it is an item type listed in the next paragraph.) We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send your item(s) back.
All clearance items, hats, tights, and hair accessories are final sale and there are no returns or exchanges on these items, no exceptions.
Items must be in new condition (unworn, not washed, no stains, no odors, labelsย still in place, etc). We understand you will try on clothes and sometimes things just don't fit right or the look is not working for you. Our intent with the above return conditions is not to keep you from trying on your new clothes. What we do no want is customers using items and later returning them, basically "borrowing" clothes from us.
Please email us at info@tommyrot.shop with your return request or you may use our self-service return request portal here. You will need to login with your email address to use the self-service return request. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment once we receive the item(s) and inspect them to insure they are in new condition. The funds could take several days to clear back to your account due to bank and card processing times, etc.
If items are returned in used condition (stains, you've obviously worn them out, odors, they have been washed, tags removed, etc) you will be subject to a 75% restocking fee to cover our loss.
In the event you receive a damaged product please contact us at info@tommyrot.shop and we will work with you to replace your damaged items at no cost to you, or offer you a refund if we have no more stock available. Please provide any relevant information and photos of the damage in your email.ย We mayย provideย you with a shipping label to return the damaged product(s) depending on what you ordered.
Exchanges
Please email us atย info@tommyrot.shop with your exchange request and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item back to us. Once we receive your item for exchange and inspect it for any damages or wear, we will send your new item out to you. The items MUST be in new, unused condition, with all product labels still in place. You may either get the same item in different color / size or we can give you a store credit for what you paid. Either is fine, your choice!
Note that all 50% off clearance items, hats, tights, and hair accessories are final sale and there are no returns or exchanges on these items, no exceptions!
Cancellations
We ship our orders as quickly as possible. You may reach out to us at info@tommyrot.shop with your request to cancel, but if it is not within a short amount of time from ordering we may have already shipped your order. But fear not, we offer free returns for any reason, so if your order has already shipped you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund after you receive them.
