Shipping Costs
We do not charge you additional shipping costs for any items. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay including shipping. We cover shipping costs on our end to make the purchasing decision easier for our customers.
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to the United States (now including Alaska and Hawaii!).

Multiple Packages
In some circumstances you may receive multiple shipments for your order if you ordered more than one product. That being said, everything we sell is in stock with us here in Illinois. On an extremely rare occasion, we may need to have a wholesaler or brand ship you an item if we are out of stock, or it is being custom made just for you. We are not a dropshipping boutique. We have products in stock in the US and ready to send you!
Tracking Numbers
If you purchase multiple items in one order, in some rare circumstances you may receive a different shipment for each item because part of your order is shipping directly from the manufacturer or brand. Therefor, you may be sent multiple emails with different tracking numbers for each item you purchased. That being said, at this point, everything in our store is in stock here in our shop in Illinois and will ship directly from us in one package. If 5 business have passed and you have not received a tracking number yet,Β please email us atΒ info@tommyrot.shopΒ and we can investigate the cause of the delay.
Shipping Times
Processing times are typically 1-2 days (the time before your order ships and your tracking number is sent to you), although in some rare circumstances this could take up to 5 business days. If you ordered before 3pm Central time, most often your order will ship the same day! Please check each individual product page for its shipping time. Most all items we sell are stored by us here in Illinois and ready to ship, some we custom make when you order, and occasionally we sell items shipped directly from the manufacturer or wholesaler. Rest assured, if you received a confirmation email, we got your order and a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is processed and ready to ship. While we do not guarantee shipping times due to many factors, we are confident most of the time you will receive your order on the low end of the shipping times quoted on the product pages. The majority of our products ship directly from us here in Illinois, a few will ship from our suppliers mostly located in Los Angeles.
We are a small boutique business, we cannot always compete with shipping times from Amazon or big box retailers. We appreciate your support and understanding!
